REFUND POLICY

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

I hope that you love your painting and that it brings you much joy. But if for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your painting, please contact me within three days of receiving your artwork. You may return the artwork to me in pristine condition, and I will issue a full refund minus the shipping cost. You will be responsible for the return shipping as well.

PRINT RETURNS

Fine art prints and reproductions are not returnable. If your print is damaged in shipping, please contact me, and I will work with the printer to replace your print. Please take photos of the damaged shipping materials and the damage to the print.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, I will credit your original form of payment, minus the original shipping cost, within three business days. I will email you to let you know the painting was received and the refund issued.

RETURN SHIPPING

In the event that you need to return a painting, you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred in the return process. The painting must be carefully packaged and returned in the original packaging. It must be shipped with a method of tracking and must be insured for the value of the painting.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
